Description

If your passion is diving and you want to live an underwater life, become a PADI instructor. Teaching to dive allows you to open new horizons, you can share your passion for the aquatic kingdom and you will fully enjoy diving. With this course you will obtain the PADI instructor qualification through effort, work and commitment, but that you will reward by sharing with other incredible adventures. You can teach from open water to dive master.

Do you join the team?

During this course you will learn:

PADI Teaching Standards and Procedures.
Learning, instruction and the PADI system.
Instruction in confined and open waters. Mastery of all exercises.
The business of diving and our role as instructors.
Marketing and sales advice related to diving.
Group management.

Prerequisites to join:

Be a PADI Divemaster, or equivalent.
Have at least 60 logged dives; documented experience in night diving, deep diving and underwater navigation.
If you are not a PADI Divemaster, you will need to successfully complete the PADI Divemaster Course Dive Rescue Assessment.
Certified diver for at least six months.
Medical clearance to dive (suitable for diving) within the last 12 months.
Training in Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care (CPR and first aid) in the last 24 months.
Diving insurance.
Be at least 18 years of age.

Requirements to take the IE (Instructor Examination):

* To be certified as a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor you must successfully complete a PADI Instructor Examination (IE) led by a PADI Instructor Examiner.
