Prerequisites to join:

  • Be a PADI Rescue Diver or equivalent.
  • Have at least 20 logged dives.
  • Be certified in EFR in Primary and Secondary Care (or qualified training) within the last 24 months.
  • Medical clearance to dive (suitable for diving).
  • Diving insurance.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.

To certify you must complete:

Theoretical Part:

  • 9 theory chapters from the Divemaster or Online book.
  • 3 kinds of encyclopedia: physics and physiology, equipment, environment, RPD tables.
  • Exam.

Open and Confined Water Practical Part:

  • Provide support in an Open Water course (confined and open waters).
  • Provide support in a course higher than Open Water.
  • Conduct a christening drill (confined and open water).
  • Scuba refresh.
  • Complete a skill circuit.
  • Organize a search and recovery project and a deep dive.
  • Take a guided outing as a guide.
  • Carry out immersion briefings (baptism and guided).
  • Cooperate and learn the operation of the logistics of the dive center.
  • Complete swimming physical tests.
  • Simulate a rescue exercise.
  • Complete the stress test.
